Ag-IQ Moisture Spear

Designed to reach deep into stockpiles and bins of nuts and save you time and quickly give kernel moisture content results.

The spear comes with a protective carry case that is 1.04 m long and has a standard insertion length of 0.8 m. It comes with an option of two shaft materials of PVC and stainless steel. The PVC spear has insertion depths of 0.8/1.2 m and the stainless steel spear has insertion depths of 0.8/1.8 m.

No more digging into the stockpile, collecting a sample and taking back to a laboratory for shelling and moisture testing.

Calibrations have been made against UC Davis published results, Almonds Board of California factsheels and checked against oven drying tests and a recently calibrated Dickey John GAC 2100 moisture meter.
